Our Unoaked Chardonnay is made to showcase the purity of fruit characteristics that our Chardonnay has to offer. Texturally crisp, with bright acidity our Unoaked Chardonnay is often the first to be picked each harvest. Pale gold in color with green apple and lychee fruit, with a hint of pineapple in the mid-palate. Fresh aromas of green tea, grass, and mint leap from the glass. This style of Chardonnay is perfectly suited for our distinctive high elevation vineyards.
