Anytime Tasting provides information, discovery tools, trip-planning resources, winery, wine, event, region, video, and related wine-country content. Our services currently focus on California wine regions and may expand or change over time.

By accessing or using the Anytime Tasting website, applications, content, or related services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Use of the Service

Anytime Tasting is designed to help users discover wineries, wines, events, wine regions, tasting experiences, transportation options, and other wine-country activities.

Information provided through Anytime Tasting is intended for informational, discovery, and planning purposes. We do not guarantee that any winery, event, tasting, wine, business, transportation service, schedule, price, availability, or other third-party information will remain current or available.

Users are responsible for confirming important details directly with the applicable winery, business, event organizer, transportation provider, or other third party before making travel or purchasing decisions.

California Wine Regions and Destination Information

Anytime Tasting may feature wineries, events, businesses, transportation providers, and visitor information from multiple California wine regions.

Inclusion on Anytime Tasting does not constitute a guarantee, certification, endorsement, or representation regarding the quality, safety, licensing, availability, or suitability of any winery, business, event, product, or service unless specifically stated otherwise.

Regions and businesses featured on the platform may change as Anytime Tasting expands.

Legal Drinking Age

Wine-related information on Anytime Tasting is intended for adults of legal drinking age.

Users are responsible for complying with all applicable laws relating to the purchase, possession, consumption, and transportation of alcoholic beverages.

Anytime Tasting does not sell or furnish alcoholic beverages unless expressly stated.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, these businesses are independently owned and operated and are not agents, employees, subsidiaries, joint ventures, or representatives of Anytime Tasting or EH LearnMedia, LLC.

Any purchase, reservation, booking, contract, transportation arrangement, or other transaction entered into with a third-party business is between the user and that business.

Transportation Services

Anytime Tasting does not own, operate, control, dispatch, manage, or provide transportation vehicles or drivers.

Transportation services featured or referenced through Anytime Tasting are provided independently by third-party transportation providers.

Sacramento Limousine Unlimited is currently identified as the Exclusive Featured Transportation Provider for Anytime Tasting. This designation is a marketing and promotional designation only and does not create a partnership, joint venture, agency, employment relationship, or transportation-provider relationship between Sacramento Limousine Unlimited and EH LearnMedia, LLC or Anytime Tasting.

Transportation services are arranged directly between the customer and Sacramento Limousine Unlimited or another applicable transportation provider.

The transportation provider is solely responsible for its:

• vehicles and vehicle condition;
• drivers and driver conduct;
• licensing, insurance, permits, and regulatory compliance;
• scheduling and dispatch;
• pickup and drop-off arrangements;
• routes and transportation operations;
• delays, cancellations, or missed pickups;
• passenger safety;
• accidents, injuries, property damage, or other transportation-related incidents; and
• transportation-related customer service issues, disputes, or claims.

Anytime Tasting and EH LearnMedia, LLC are not responsible for the acts, omissions, performance, safety, availability, or conduct of independent transportation providers.

Transportation-related questions, complaints, claims, or service issues should be directed to the transportation provider with whom the customer arranged service.

Winery, Event, and Third-Party Information

Anytime Tasting may receive information directly from wineries, event organizers, businesses, public sources, or other third parties.

Although we make reasonable efforts to present useful and accurate information, schedules, prices, tasting offerings, hours, event details, wine availability, policies, and other information may change without notice.

Users should confirm time-sensitive information directly with the applicable business.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the Anytime Tasting name, website design, original videos, photography, graphics, written content, databases, software, logos, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to EH LearnMedia, LLC.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, or commercially reused without permission, except as permitted by law.

Third-party trademarks, winery names, logos, photographs, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners.

User-Generated Content

Users may be permitted to submit reviews, comments, feedback, photographs, itinerary information, or other content.

By submitting content, you grant Anytime Tasting a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, distribute, and use that content in connection with operating, improving, and promoting the service.

You represent that you have the right to submit the content and that it does not violate the rights of another person or organization.

We may remove user-generated content at our discretion.

Limitation of Liability

Anytime Tasting provides discovery, informational, and planning resources.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EH LearnMedia, LLC and Anytime Tasting are not responsible for losses, damages, injuries, claims, costs, or expenses resulting from:

• decisions made based on information presented on the platform;
• inaccurate or outdated third-party information;
• winery, restaurant, event, lodging, or other third-party services;
• transportation services or transportation providers;
• accidents, injuries, delays, missed pickups, cancellations, or transportation-related incidents;
• unavailable wineries, wines, events, reservations, or services;
• user-generated content;
• technical failures, interruptions, or website downtime; or
• third-party websites, applications, or services linked from Anytime Tasting.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

No Guarantee of Availability or Results

Anytime Tasting does not guarantee that a particular winery, event, wine, tour, transportation provider, reservation, offer, or experience will be available.

We also do not guarantee that use of Anytime Tasting will result in a particular travel, tasting, purchasing, or other outcome.

We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, security, availability, transactions, or services.

Visiting or transacting with a third-party website is at the user’s discretion and subject to that third party’s terms and policies.

We may update the service or these Terms and Conditions as Anytime Tasting expands, introduces new regions or features, or changes business relationships.
