Field Number Fifteen Winery and Brewery

Field Number Fifteen is a small Placerville winery built around a vineyard planted more than 40 years ago. Its wines are estate grown and bottled, with Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Zinfandel forming the core of the official wine program.

The winery farms without chemical fertilizers or pesticides, uses no-till practices, and keeps sulfite additions to a minimum.
