Edio Vineyards at Delfino Farms is a Camino winery built around the Delfino family’s long agricultural history in Apple Hill and named in honor of patriarch Edio Delfino. The wines focus on small-lot, fresh, alpine expressions from 3,000-foot mountain vineyards and granitic soils, with Peter Delfino emphasizing minimal intervention and site expression.
