Owned and operated by Iman and Rasha Kahwaji, Château d’Estienne occupies an established vineyard on a hilltop in the Fair Play AVA. Working with winemaker Marco Cappelli, the family has developed a focused portfolio that includes Portuguese varieties such as Touriga Nacional, Souzão and Tinta Cão, along with Barbera, terroir blends and port-style wines.
The custom tasting room opens toward the vineyard, surrounding valley and Sierra Foothills, with experiences offered indoors or on a seated outdoor patio. A standard visit moves through five wines with a small cheese board, while guests can also choose food-paired tastings or explore the winery’s fortified bottlings through a dedicated Port Experience.
