2022 Merlot Rosé
A refreshing dry rosé with notes of cherry and vanilla, and a smooth finish. The grapes were pcked at 23 brix and cold soaked for two days to increase color and flavor, and the wine was finished in French oak to add complexity. Pairs well with light summer dishes.
