You’ll sample a curated selection of vineyard grapes at peak ripeness, tasting them blind and using your senses to identify each variety. No labels, no clues—just visual clues, texture, sweetness, acidity, and instinct guiding the way. Along the way, you’ll discover how different varietals express themselves before they ever become wine.
